bradh2 - (October 06, 2004) Not wanting to shell out a lot of money on a new mattress but looking for better sleep and interested in memory foam, I purchased this mattress topper from Overstock.com. I have a standard full sized mattress, so I ordered the full size mattress topper. The order and delivery process was fine (though the box is, of necessity, quite large). With anticipation, I unrolled it and arranged it on my bed. To my dismay it didn't cover the horizontal width of the bed, it was too narrow by a few inches. Following the directions on the enclosed flyer, I let it stand for 48 hours to "fully expand", but this did not help the problem. The memory foam is very comfortable and I've convinced myself

donnamg - (December 31, 2004) We purchased this swing two years ago. We really do like it, but we are trying to purchase a replacement canopy and it's like pulling teeth from an alligator! The fabric on the canopy did not hold up well. It got mildew quickly, thus weakening the material, and it blew over in a storm and shredded the top! Now, we cannot find a canopy top replacement. On-line at Wal-Mart, they don't even list a canopy top. When I went digging further, I found the canopy top but it is out of stock, currently unavailable. Will it ever be available? We have a beautiful swing, but no canopy top!

shronesz - (October 26, 2007) 2 months after I purchased the desk, it started to fall apart. The drawers would not close, the keyboard shelf fell off and the sides started to split I had purchased the warranty, called Staples and was told I needed to call Bush Furniture, the maker. They told me they do not give refunds but would replace parts if I had the part numbers. The instruction manual had been thrown away so I could not get the part numbers. I am stuck with a faulty desk that continues to fall apart.

lauradee09 - (17-06-2009) i would advise everyone to go to scs they are much more helpful i am very disjointed in this as no one will help or interested especially the store and dfs head office nice looking settee except for lumpy bumpy hard cushions that always need plumping and turning every few hours and makes no difference would not advise anyone to buy one or anything from this store as a matter of fact

texasfosters - (10-06-2009) I got this chair at the office perhaps two years ago and it is simply the most comfortable chair I've ever used. The ergonomics are great. Quality construction, extremely adjustable. This doesn't work like one of the $50 to $300 office chairs from one of the office supply chains (and I've been looking for a while now). Office Depot has one model for about $300 that is similar in concept, but doesn't compare to the real thing.
